The Stewardship Commission has put together a Stewardship Starter Kit. This is a resource for churches and stewardship committees to use as they evaluate stewardship practices in their own churches. The kit contains information on vision and strategic planning, budget processes, capital campaigns, estate planning, job descriptions for committees, major gifts policies and a DVD containing testimonies of individual experiences in stewardship. Job descriptions include the positions of: Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Memorials Committee, Financial Management Committee, Major Gifts and Local Church Ministry, and Stewardship Committee.

The starter kit is available to order from the online Covenant Bookstore. It contains all of the documents available for download below as well as the Stewardship Pledge Committment Card, the Stewardship Starter Kit DVD, and the Our Soul Concern Brochure.
