Loans

Churches which are members of the ECC may secure a loan with NCP for the purpose of  constructing a new church building or an addition to their existing  church building. Loans may be secured on the following terms*:

Current Interest Rate:    6.0% *
Maturity:    20 years
Amortization:    20 years
Rate Adjustments:    every 3 years

*The interest rate, terms, and conditions are subject to change by action of the Board of Directors of NCP.
