How to Invest

Fixed Rate Certificate (Series A) - 4.75% or Variable Rate Certificate (Series G) - 4.0% (interest rate effective through December 31, 2008) 

Step 1 - Contact National Covenant Properties by telephone at 1.800.366.6273 or by email to receive an investment packet which will include a current Offering Circular and an application form.  Investment packets can be sent to you by e-mail. Upon receipt, review the offering circular carefully to determine whether or not you wish to invest in a NCP Certificate.

Step 2 - Complete Application form: Follow instructions on application form.  If you have any questions call 1.800.366.6273.

Step 3 - Make check Payable to: National Covenant Properties.

Step 4 - Return to National Covenant Properties: Return check and application to National Covenant Properties at 5101 N. Francisco, Chicago, IL 60625.

Individual Retirement Accounts or Health Savings Accounts - 5.0% (interest rate effective through December 31, 2008)

Step 1 - Contact National Covenant Properties  by calling 1.800.366.6273 or by email to receive an investment packet which will include a current Offering Circular and an application form.  Administrative support is provided for rollovers and trustee to trustee transfers. Investment packets can be sent to you by e-mail. Upon receipt, review the offering circular carefully to determine whether or not you wish to invest in a NCP Certificate.

Step 2 - Complete Application form: Follow instructions on application form. If you have any questions call 1.800.366.6273.

Step 3 - Make  contribution check Payable to: Regions Financial Inc., Custodian.

Step 4 - Return Contributions to National Covenant Properties:  If you are opening your account with a contribution check, return check and application to National Covenant Properties, 5101 N. Francisco, Chicago, IL, 60625.

Step 5 - Return IRA Transfer and Rollover forms to National Covenant Properties:  If you are opening your IRA account with a trustee to trustee transfer or direct rollover, return completed forms (including application) to National Covenant Properties, 5101 N. Francisco, Chicago, IL, 60625.
