About the Local Church Annual Statistical Report  and Ministry Survey

This is a form that local Covenant churches complete once each year, containing important membership and financial statistics, as well as information about key ministries in those churches.

The report is accessible only by those authorized in local church offices to update the content.

Additionally the Annual Attendance Survey is still available for completion.
