Opportunities to Pray

One of the first and most important ways you can support the work of Covenant World Relief is to pray. Pray for the needs of the poor and disadvantaged people of our world. Pray for world leaders and for those who work toward justice. Pray for your heart to be open to the needs of a hurting world. 

If you don't know exactly what to pray for, try to become aware of issues of poverty and hunger in your local community and internationally. Watch for and read Covenant Newswire articles (subscribe free here) which often feature updates and stories from around the world. Build an awareness of issues and problems that the disadvantaged face, and the solutions to hunger and poverty which exist today.
