This manual has been prepared by leaders of The Evangelical Covenant Church to assist local church financial leaders in fulfilling their responsibilities. A glance through the Table of Contents will enable you to be aware of the variety of issues and resources available to equip you for your work.
This material will be evaluated and updated regularly to provide you with the most current information. Printed copies of this manual are not available. Congregations, conferences, districts, boards and commissions of The Evangelical Covenant Church may for educational purposes reproduce these material for one time use, provided that the copyright notice is included on the reproduction.
