CHILDREN’S MINISTRY DIRECTOR
AT CROSSROADS CHURCH in
Loveland, Colorado
Crossroads Church is a
growing contemporary church desiring a creative leader for our children’s
ministry. We are looking for a person with experience in a large church to help
move us to the next level of reaching and teaching children and their families.
We are growing from 2,500 to 3,000 people a weekend.
The main areas of
responsibility center on: Being an energetic part of the Next Generation Team,
building specialty teams, supervising paid and volunteer staff, training and
equipping, recruiting, and creative programming.
Title: Children’s
Ministry Director. The position encompasses birth through 5th grade, having more
direct involvement with 1st to 5th grade.
A Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from
a four year college or five years related experience and training. Teaching
experience is beneficial.
Crossroads church is located in the beautiful
foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
