In today’s world, teenagers are constantly faced with images and messages about who they are and who they are supposed to be. In response to the daily battles that young women are faced, especially concerning their own body image, the Department of Christian Formation has developed a new set of “I AM” resources to promote a positive, Godly sense of self.


God said to Moses,
“I-AM-who-I-AM.
Tell the People of Israel,
‘I-AM sent me to you’”.
