Coaching Startup Kit


CGE has recently signed a strategy partnership agreement with Ministry Advantage. The purpose of Ministry Advantage is to assist pastors in developing the skills necessary to lead their church to its full kingdom potential. A few ECC pastors have used it and highly recommend it.

Ministry Advantage does not compete with the core training of pastoral arts in preaching, teaching, and caring, Rather it focus on leadership in areas that pastors often seek supplemental training. The seven “macro” areas (with multiple modules under each topic) are:
  • Strategic Planning and Implementation
  • Leading Change
  • Organizing and Delegating
  • Maximizing Key Leadership Positions
  • Systems for Outreach and Assimilation
  • Maturing Your Church Financially
  • Developing Leaders and Teams

This coaching startup kit provides the information you need to enter into the coaching experience. The kit includes directions on how to get started, an enrollment form, a power point presentation for your Council or Leadership team, an overview of the content, and a price sheet.

 

Interested in being coached? Here's how to get started: 

  1. Download the Coaching Startup Kit (documents below). The kit includes an enrollment form, a PowerPoint presentation, and a price sheet.
  2. Make a presentation to your church leadership for their blessing and support.
  3. Complete the enrollment form and send it along with the initial payment to Church Growth and Evangelism via email or mail. Registration deadlines are listed on the price sheet.
  4. You will receive a personal access code to the Ministry Advantage library. Download all the modules for free, or order them directly from MA at a cost of $60 each.
  5. Use the code you receive after enrollment to take your Leading From Your Strengths online assessment at www.ministryadvantage.org.
  6. Expect your coach to call you within 5 days of completing your online assessment.
