Registration...The Annual Meeting is the highest legislative body of the Evangelical Covenant Church, made up of representatives from Covenant churches throughout the United States and Canada.

How to Register...

Registration Fees...

Registration fee include all Feastmeals and programming. Housing is not included in the registration fee.Please note that a “family” is defined as a parent or parents and anyunmarried children whose primary residence is still with their parents.

Included in Registration Fees...

For delegates: Annual Meeting delegate name badge; voting (in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of the ECC) and seating privileges; Annual Meeting notebook and business session printed materials; a copy of the 2008 President’s Report and Covenant financial reports; opportunity to attend delegate orientation and other open workshops; availability for children’s ministry programs and child care at the designated fee with advance reservation; meal plan including Tuesday dinner through Friday breakfast.

For general conferees, retired Covenant pastors, and NPTS students: General Conferee name badge; seating as observer at the Annual Meeting; copy of the 2008 President’s Report and the Covenant financial reports; opportunity to attend delegate orientation and other open workshops; availability for children’s ministry programs and child care at the designated fee with advance reservation; meal plan including Tuesday dinner through Friday breakfast.

Cancellations

You may cancel your Annual Meeting reservation at any time. Cancellation requests must be mailed to the Annual Meeting registrar, 5101 North Francisco Avenue, Chicago, IL 60625, or faxed to (773) 784-4366. Cancellation requests cannot be accepted over the telephone. Cancellations received by June 6, 2008, will be refunded 80 percent of all fees paid. No funds will be offered for cancellations after June 6, 2008, except in cases of emergency.
