Imagine looking at a magnificent lake view or gathering around a cozy fireplace with friends—old and new—and family members to share a meal. Eight delicious meals are included in the Annual Meeting registration fee, regardless of housing type (3 dinners, 3 breakfasts, and 2 lunches). Meals are served buffet style in the new Bauer Dining Room, including all you can eat ice cream! Special medical and vegetarian meals can be provided by contacting Guest Services two weeks prior to arrival. Please note that participation in the meal plan is part of your registration fee. It is not optional.

What is the Annual Meeting? The Annual Meeting is the highest legislative body of the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC), made up of representatives from Covenant churches throughout the United States and Canada. Delegates gather together for worship and fellowship, and to ordain ministers, consecrate missionaries, elect leaders, review finances, adopt a budget, and address the business of the church.
